Goods are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. We cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment. Once an order is placed and paid for it can't be changed or added to at anytime this will cause delays in any other orders placed that day.
We accept payment by credit and debit cards on our website. The payments are taken at the point of ordering and products will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
We remain the owners of the goods until they have been paid for in full. We can retrieve and resell any goods that are not paid for in respect of any transaction with you.
When buying an item, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full description before purchasing the product.

We may use your personal information to process your order and to communicate with you regarding enquiries, complaints or sales.
Should you receive any item that is damaged or you are not satisfied with please contact us within 48 hours via our email address atimeslipwish@gmail.com state your order number and contact details to us as well as any supporting evidence. We will discuss the options with you at the time of contact.
Our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or product packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to give you a refund.
